SERVICES

Birth

Services may begin at or around 37 weeks. This allows us to become well aquatinted. From the start of active labor to delivery, I am with you every step of the way. We will practice mediation in forms of breathing exercises and light massage therapy. Transitioning through different body positions to help with comfort and preparation. It is my goal that your birth plan is acknowledged and followed throughout. This contributes to an overall positive experience. That offers beautiful lasting memories.

Postpartum

Those first weeks adjusting after birth can be overwhelming. At home support is available for you and your family. A schedule and plan is individually designed, to fit your needs and goals. In this support, I am able to assist with household chores. Guide you in chest and or bottle feeding. Offer evidence based information. As well as professional referrals that may be helpful along the way. Your mental health and well-being, is extremely important at this time of recovery and discovery. Allow me to lighten your load where I can.

Cost of Services

Birth is a process that has no specific range of time. Because of this, I accept a flat fee of $800 for services. I am open to sliding scale pricing in certain circumstances to better accommodate you and your family.

Postpartum care is offered at an hourly cost beginning at $30/hr. Sliding scale pricing is also optional to be discussed. In home appointments typically range between 3-8 hours per day. Schedules are created solely for your specific needs and goals.

About Me

Originally born and raised in Akron, OH. I grew up as an only child raised by my wonderful and loving grandparents. In 2016, I relocated to Atlanta, GA where I lived for six years and worked in the film and tv industry. I recently have moved back to Akron to be closer to my family. Doula work is a beautiful journey that spoke to my heart some time ago. Being back home has allowed this to manifest greater. I am forever grateful to God for aligning my life with great purpose.
